A new construction is a big commitment and demands a high degree of trust between the owner and the designer. We listen carefully to our clients’ ideas, their budget and requirements and work to a high level of detail to ensure that we meet their expectations.

We provide a clear plan from the outset and a wide variety of services, from initial design through to build. This can include 3D visualization, investigating all zoning requirements, obtaining the approved plans from the city required for construction, complete project management and scheduling, contractor management, cost estimation and advice on all finishes and materials.

We also make regular site visits during construction to ensure adherence to the design and quality of build.
